Position the clamp
Set the clamp arm and pad against the rim, opposite the valve stem.
Tighten by hand
Tighten the Clamp Screw by hand until snug — no hammer needed to seat it.
Bring in the ram
Continue tightening (impact wrench compatible) until the Ram Foot contacts the tire sidewall.
Break the bead
Apply ram force until the bead breaks free — repeat on the opposite side if needed.
